Chicken Broccoli Casserole

2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayo
20 oz pkg frozen brocoli cuts
1/4 tsp curry powder
1 Tbls lemon juice
7-8 Chicken breasts - cooked and cubed

Mix all ingredients together and put in casserole dish, top with cheese, bake til cheese is bubbley.
I add some rice or pasta to make it more substantial or make it go farther.

  1. For those who don't like mayo (like Jon and I), we use 1cup of non-fat yogurt instead. Tastes absolutely amazing, this dish is one of our family's favorites!
